			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently injured my knee, in the past month, and i have been under house arrest for the whole time, and I still have a month to go.  Would anyone be able to recommend  a workout routine that will help me maintain my body, and possibly shed the extra couple of pounds that i gained, remember I can&#8217;t use my right knee, meaning, I cant bend my knee nor can I apply any extra pressure on it,  my chest and stomach are getting weaker and starting to come out, so I will take any advice you can give.  I already push ups and crunches in the morning, but I have become a couch potato, and my eating habits have not changed from before the injury.</p>
