Morning Workout at Home For Fat Loss

Morning Workout at Home For Fat Loss
By Parth Shah
Have you ever noticed the routine of dancers, gymnasts, and yogis (people who practice yoga)? These athletes do not run “training” the way most people. What they do is run a series of exercises that “flow” well together to create a complex routine.
The reason why the average person trying to improve their bodies with the formation of body weight did not happen as dancers, gymnasts, and Yogi is because their workout routines are not “flow”. Flow is exactly what it sounds like: fluid movement from one period to another.
Perhaps this can explain what “flow” is everything: more bodyweight workouts, they usually run a series of push-ups, followed by a series of Pullups and, finally, a set of squats. When you build a routine of bodyweight, every movement must be the position “of departure” for the next year. Here’s a sample of a workout that “flows” well: perform a pushup, followed by a forward roll, stand up, go back down, roll back, pushup, bring your knees in, sit forward, lay on your back, finish off with a bridge, and start over. After performing just one round of this sequence, you should be breathing hard.
The only training style out there which teaches you how to create workouts with “flow” is Circular Strength Training (CST). And it’s no surprise that the founder of CST, Coach ScottSonnon, is extremely ripped, agile, and strong. He has developed incredible bodyweight workouts by combining movements from gymnastics, dance, and yoga.
I usually perform a few rounds of a routine each morning. I love how I can just wake up, perform a quick workout that lasts just 10-20 minutes and get on with my day. I’m getting better results with CST workouts than I was with basic pushups, pullups, and bodyweight squats.
One of the best programs out there which combines dance, gymnastics, and yoga to design incredible fat loss bodyweight programs is Bodyweight Blueprint for Fat Loss. You can read a full review of this program on my site, WorkoutWithoutWeights.Net
